Leasing for Tax Credit apartments ONLY at Pendana Senior Residences at West Lakes has begun for move-ins during April 2020. Qualified individuals are encouraged to stop by the Pendana at West Lakes leasing office to apply. Please see below for required paperwork needed; only those applicants who have paperwork will be seen.
