Move-ins Have Begun at Pendana Senior Residences

Move-ins for seniors aged 62+ begins today at Pendana Senior Residences at West Lakes, just west of downtown Orlando!

Please note that due to safer-at-home orders issued by the Governor of Florida due to COVID-19, in-person leasing is not available at this time. However, we invite all interested potential residents to either stop by the community at 750 South Texas Avenue, where leasing information will be available at the main office door. Or, please contact our friendly leasing team and they will provide information via email.
