Story Time with Pendana’s Youngest Dreamers

This month we thought it would be perfect to incorporate the Thanksgiving holiday into our story time. We shared some food with the residents, read a few stories, and made some Thanksgiving cards.

We had one of highest turn outs for story time yet. Both the kids and the parents were enjoying themselves. The kids were so enthusiastic about the books, they asked our volunteer to read another story. Residents stayed past our usual end time, but we didn’t mind because we were enjoying the fellowship. One resident said that they were so happy to receive our reminder text because they had such a great time.
